I.S.I. Cohort

Whetstones was created out of the desire to assist and support education from a holistic approach. While many of our services are designed to provide direct supplemental supports to students and families, we are compelled to also provide any supports possible to local educators and schools.

Whetstone's name was inspired by a scripture verse in Proverbs 27:17 that states, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another". 

With this concept and vision in mind, the I.S.I. (Iron Sharpens Iron) Cohort is designed to provide additional supports to educators. Education careers are ever-demanding and continuously evolving. We believe that if we can support educators, they will be more effective in supporting their students. 

I.S.I. Cohort is a quarterly event that allows educators to gather together in a professional learning community to encourage, support and learn from each other in fun and unique ways. We value every person that works in education, and we want to encourage, support, and uplift all the amazing people that are continuously pouring into their students on a daily basis. 

Additional information about each quarterly event will be posted throughout the year.  In order for educators to attend, registration for the event will be required.
