We recognize that many students may need additional speech therapy time than what their school may have approved. This can be caused by various factors. When a student needs additional supports, parents are required to pay out of pocket for private therapy. At Whetstones, we desire to help parents that may be stuck in a similar situation.

We have licensed Speech and Language Therapists ready to provide speech therapy supports to kids that show qualifying needs.

Specific Skills that can be targeted with speech services include:

Articulation/ Speech sound projection
Speech intelligibility
Expressive language skills
Pragmatic language skills
Fluency
Phonological Awareness
Motor speech
Executive Functioning
AAC

**Speech Therapy sessions can be scheduled WEEKLY, BIWEEKLY, and MONTHLY based on individual student need and availability of therapists.

**Speech Therapy sessions run for a 3 month period at a time.

**In order for a student to receive Speech Therapy services, a parent/guardian must register their child for supports.
