Tiffany has been an educator for the last 10+ years and has a strong passion for teaching students, supporting educational staff and empowering families. She attended Malone University and earned a bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education (4-9), a bachelor's degree in Intervention Specialist Mild to Moderate (K-12), and a Reading Endorsement. At the start of her career in 2012, Tiffany began teaching students with various learning abilities in the elementary grades and then went on to teach students in middle school and high school. During her time with middle school and high school students, Tiffany went back to Malone University and earned her master's degree in educational leadership and obtained a principal's license. Upon the completion of her master's degree in 2017, Tiffany moved into administrative roles and spent several years as the Assistant Principal at a local private school. She currently supports educational initiatives as a Head principal of two schools for a public charter community school.
Outside of educational endeavors, Tiffany is passionate about the beach and traveling. She enjoys spending time on the water, whether boating at a local lake or floating around in the ocean. She is an avid traveler and likes to plan many adventures with friends as often as possible. Tiffany loves Jesus, cheering on Ohio State football with her dad, all things Dr. Suess, laughing, and spoiling her cat named JJ.
During her time in the classroom and in administration, Tiffany has had first-hand experience seeing the struggle that many families have when trying to find the best supports for their child. School systems provide the best support possible, however, students may still need educational help above and beyond what the school provides, and private services are ridiculously overpriced or, at times, insufficient. Tiffany is tired of seeing so many families struggle and has made it her mission to help bridge the gap between school, additional private supports and true student need. Tiffany believes that all students should have access to quality and appropriate services regardless of their educational or socio-economic status. She looks forward to being able to help address educational needs as they exist today and hopefully unite educational entities to work together towards one common goal: student success.
